PRODUCTION
Our production department, equipped with cutting edge tools and machinery for the manufacturing and packaging of oral solids, extends for a total surface of 2000 square meters. The heart of the production area consists of controlled atmosphere cleanrooms, always monitored by a centralized system, managing temperature and humidity of each single area with outmost precision. Three warehouses with different thermo hygrometric conditions allow us to store even the more delicate raw materials. The production process of Natural Way Laboratories holds the maximum levels of quality in its sector and strictly follows current nutrition norms. (HACCP and GMP for food supplements)
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Natural Way Laboratories’ research and development team is able to support the client through each phase of products creation: development of new formulations, research of innovative raw materials and ingredients, optimization of production processes, evaluation of products stability, development and validation of new analytic procedures, scientific and regulatory assistance, preparation of products files. We believe in the proactive role of the partner. Therefore, independently from our clients demands, our R&D team is continuously dedicated to the exploration of technological innovations and to improvement of the production processes in order to always offer our clients new development opportunities.
LABORATORY
Natural Way Laboratories relies on in-house microbiology and chemistry labs, with qualified personnel and cutting edge equipment. Further, we work with several external analysis labs accredited and authorized by the Italian Ministry of Health. Our labs carry out a huge number of controls to support production as well as research and development; among these: microbiologic analysis and chemical titration on raw materials and finished products, controls of chemical-physical parameters, chemical analysis for the research of contaminants and the control of residual solvents. In addition, the labs support our quality control, constantly carrying out microbiologic analysis on air and surfaces of the work environment, researching any pathogenic bacteria.
CERTIFICATIONS
Natural Way Laboratories is authorized by the Italian Ministry of Health to carry out production and packaging of nutritional supplements and special foods for medical purposes. Our belief that the quality of the products is a key factor for the success of our partners encouraged our initiative to implement and maintain a quality control system, in compliance with the requirements of the norm UNI EN ISO 9001:2008. Our desire to always guarantee the safety of the products inspired to make all our production activities and our products compliant with the dispositions of the Regulations (CE) n. 834/2007, relative to organic production.
